Screening Group Meeting #1

MEETING TOPICS:
-Responsibilities
      -Policy and publication for submission process - Jake
      -assembling of juried works - Jake
      -Curating submissions - entire group
      -Coordination with interstitial group - Chris and Jared, overseen by Jake
      -Creation of DVD for show - Jared and David, overseen by Jake
      -Creation of DVD for VIPs - Chris, overseen by Jake
      -Onstage support day of show provided by entire group
-Scheduling
      -Weeks 4-6
            -Coordination with interstitial group where needed
            -Collect works from Fall Show.
      -Weeks 7-8
            -Coordination with interstitial group where needed
            -Jury works from Fall Show
      -Weeks 9-11
            -Coordination with interstitial group where needed
            -First deadline for works created in Spring Semester
            -Create list of projects expected to be submitted for second deadline
            -Jury works submitted, leaving room for submissions to second deadline
      -Weeks 12-15
            -Last deadline for works created in Spring Semester
            -Jury works submitted
            -Creation of DVDs for show and VIPs
            -Install screening for show
