FEBRUARY 26TH: 
-Deadline for submitting work for jurying from Fall semester.

-Jury works from Fall Show, 
-Get progress report from Interstitial Group

-Get progress report from Interstitial Group

APRIL 6:

-Check in with Technical Group concerning needs from Screening Group

OTHER UPDATES:

-Set up submission process for Fall semester work.

-In contact with Screening Group, Group leaders, and Class Reps to determine best day for jurying Fall work.

Screening Group update 2/15

-After group leader meeting the schedule for the screening group is now as follows:

Screening Group Schedule
Weeks 4 & 5 (Feb 5th – Feb 18th)
  Collect work from Fall Show.
  Jury work from Fall Show.

Weeks 6 & 7 (Feb 19th – Mar 3rd) 
  Continue jurying works from Fall Show.
Transfer juried works from Fall Show to "Dash"
  Contact interstitial group to determine filming progress and shot lengths.

Weeks 7 & 8 (Mar 4th – Mar 17th)
  Coordinate with interstitial group and get updates on progress.
  Look at previous vizagogo and record lengths of various segments.

Weeks 8 & 9 (Mar 18th – Mar 31st)
  Coordinate with interstitial group and get updates on progress.
  Create rough outline of vizagogo segments and interstitial placement.

Weeks 10 & 11 (Apr 1st – Apr 14th) 
  Coordinate with interstitial group for inclusion of their work.
Coordinate with technical group for updates on progress

Weeks 12 & 13 (Apr 15th – Apr 28th)
  April 22 @ 8 AM - Deadline for works created in Spring Semester.
Jury submitted work
  Assemble juried work, begin layout and timing.
  Work with Glen for editing and completing the master tape.
  Coordinate with interstitial group for inclusion of their work.


Weeks 13 & 14 (Apr 29th – May 5th)
Creation of DVDs for the show and DVD for VIPs/ILM.
  Provide on stage and other logistical support for screening event.
  Make sure everything is prepared and runs smoothly.
  Coordinate with technical group for projectors and screening.
  Coordinate with exhibition group if necessary for screening event.

Responsibilities
  Policy and publication for submission process - Jake

  Curating submissions - entire group, working group leaders, class reps
  Coordination with interstitial group - Chris and Jared, overseen by Jake
  Creation of DVD for show - Jared and David, overseen by Jake
